This is a spreadsheet designed to total your daily points if you are following the Weight Watchers plan. This is for you if you get fed up writing your food and points down each day and working out your totals - this spreadsheet will do it all for you. It even permits bonus points to be taken off daily (however it doesn't stop you counting more than 12 bonus points in the week) If you accidently exceed your daily points allowance the spreadsheet will inform you of that. It is not endorsed by Weight Watchers in any way. All you need to do is enter your daily points allowance before you start using the spreadsheet and it will do the rest. It runs in Microsoft Excel.
