This item is so easy to use I absolutely LOVE mine. Its so small and handy I carry it in the pocket of my purse and use constantly.....especially shopping and looking at food labels. Simply push the on button and the calculator is ready to go. Push the points button and your ready to find out the points total of a certain food. After hitting the points button it will ask you to enter the calories. Then it will ask you to enter the total fat. The last thing it will ask you to enter the total fiber After you do that the points value will appear on the screen. This would make a great gift for yourself or someone else.
