Look at me!?! Aren't I something. This 57 year old grandmother reduced from a size 18 to a size 8 in just 10 weeks. Where my weight loss diet plan is for women over 40 - it works for men and women of all age groups. Under 40 will reduce the fastest. This is my own plan which I have used successfully for over 30 years whenever I wanted to reduce.
