Tales of Suspense issue #79 July 1966 with a 12¢ cover price, 32 pages. Pencils Jack Kirby(Captain America), Gene Colan (Iron Man). Scripts by Stan Lee. Iron Man Subby fight starts here as well as the First Cosmic Cube story! (Click on the image for a higher resolution view)     This issue sets up the first of a three part Iron Man vs Sub-Mariner fight. And while Subby is on the cover he only has a cameo appearance in the story. This issue also introduces the Cosmic Cube as well and the first modern Red Skull! This is a very nice looking comic some cover gloss remains, no significant flaws. My grade for this book using overstreet guidelines is FN- The 38th Edition of Overstreet (2008) lists this book in Very Good (VG) (4.0) for $12.00 and in fine (FN) (6.0) for $21.00 I offer media mail for (Non slabbed) multiple wins only for $3.90 for the first auction plus 10¢ more per additional comic book. No media mail offered for single auction wins (sorry). To see all my auctions currently listed on eBay Click here If you want to see a much bigger-clearer scan of any comic book send me an email and I will be happy to put a copy on my website link..here... HI-RES PIX within 24 hours of receiving the request. I will not attempt to misrepresent my comics by using cropped or manipulated images. Except where noted all staples are attached and there are no pieces missing or panels cut out, and unless otherwise stated all scans are of the actual comic book(s) mentioned. Sometimes scanners exaggerate soiling, tanning of pages, or flaws beyond what is actually apparent from normal inspection using normal lighting conditions. Occasionally I adjust the light settings to have the scan appear as close as possible to the way the comic really looks. I stand behind any of my sales and I offer full refunds less S&H charges. I don't give refunds for professionally graded CGC/PGX comics based on the grade of the comic inside. With that said, I consider nothing written in stone and I will do everything I can to make your buying experience with me a good one. If you want to visit my very slowly growing internet website.
