We only ship to a confirmed Pay pal address. Local Pickup: Items being picked up need to be paid for with cash. Non-Paying Bidders: Unfortunately, if no payment is received from the winning bidder within the said 7 days & this bidder has made no replies to our emails or invoices, then we will then apply for a sellers fee refund from E-bay & the item will be re-listed. Shipping Domestic shipping & handling fee is determined by delivery to zip code unless a flat fee is noted in listing. We are happy to combine shipping for multiple items.
