SHIPPING & PACKAGING It MAY take up to 3 days for an item to leave my address. However, we attempt to list only ship-ready items and every effort is made to mail the item the same day if your order is before 3 pm Eastern Time, or within 24 hours of receipt of the order. No guarantee can be made that every item will make it out within 24 hours. Packaging is done using HIGH-QUALITY, yet relatively inexpensive product from wholesale paper product suppliers. Items are packaged professionally by professional shippers with the best of protection materials. Boxes may be recycled or used to simply best accommodate the safety of your item. A part of this extra cost, which is lower than average for sellers who we feel “rip off” eBayers using higher than needed shipping rates, must be offset by charging almost flat, but not entirely averaged shipping rates - rates will be adjusted for very small items that sell for more than $4.95, if standard USPS parcel is used. I do share a portion of optional insurance when items are valued over $200.00. USPS charges $2.00 per $100.00 of value. However, it would be $4.00 for something you claim is worth $100.01, so I keep this in consideration. All packages are stamped as FRAGILE regardless of the item. RETURNS Items not in the same condition as in the auction photographs, due to accident, misuse, theft, loss of any kind are not my responsibility, after shipped. If shipping carrier insurance is purchased, the buyer is responsible for the claim process. Security tape may be used to ensure that the buyer does not take apart major components of any item. At our discretion we may not accept a return on an item, such as a software box, including some electronics where internal parts may be stolen, IF the security tape is cut, tampered with, or removed. The “VOID” marks left behind by removing this tape are easily removed with friction. Serial numbers and identifying marks or numbers will be recorded in the auction, scanned or written. If not included in the auction, it will be in the confirmation email or invoice, and sometimes as a photocopy along with the item, stamped “COPY”. A stamped “ORIGINAL” will be kept on file. Intentions to return anything must be made within 3 days of a verified shipping time via email. Returns must be accepted as long as they are postmarked within 7 business days of the “intention to return” email sent to vickieroark222@gmail.com. REFUNDS Refunds will be given via the same method with which the buyer paid, via PayPal within 3 days of return receipt of item, via Money Order with 7 postal business days.
