I am selling 12 packets of the Scandishake Vanilla Instant Shake Mix. Normally would be 3 boxes containing 4  3-oz packets. The expiration is Jan. 2010.  This shake mix contains 600 calories per serving when mixed with 8 oz. whole milk.  It contains 5g of protein, 21g total fat, 0mg cholesterol, 105 mg sodium, 280mg of potassium, and 58g total carbs.  I used these instant shakes with both my children who had a problem with weight gain. These shakes pack on the nutrients and calories that they needed to keep up their weight. The best thing, is that they are instant. I used whole milk to get the most out of the shakes and all the numbers above reflect mixing these instant shakes with whole milk.  There are no returns on this item.
