It is in overall very good condition with cosmetic scuff marks on the front bumper and side.  It was lightly used for 1 year.  Other than the scuff marks, the scooter looks and functions as if new.  I am selling this on behalf of the owner (who does not know how to list on eBay), and therefore must sell this as is.
