I am heading up a donation pool to help a family who lost their home, and everything they own, in a devastating explosion.  While the family was not at home when they fell victim to a gas explosion, this family lost everything in an instant -- including their pet dog. This family, which consists of a mother, a father, a teenaged daughter, and a pre-teen son, were only left with the clothes on their backs. The family is calling a motel home, for the time being.  As the lodging is quite expensive for this family, we are asking for any amount of donation that you can afford.  This family also has to start all over again and this means purchasing all household items, clothing, furniture, food, etc.  While the family is getting some needs from the local food bank, it is just not enough. Please have a heart and give as many times as you like.  I know exactly what this family is going through, as my family fell victims to a house fire.  I know what it is like to have your whole life taken away from you and having to start all over again.  With the support of other family members and fundraisers, we were able to get through it. If you were the victim, would you not want people to help you out as much as possible?
