The Small Print Postage The postage quoted is for postage within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail or Courier dependant on the weight and size of the item. The postage price is non-negotiable, and also includes all packaging and handling fees. I am happy to post items to Europe, please ask for a quote before buying the item to ensure you are happy with all costs. I do not add the uk price to the european cost, and again items are sent via Royal Mail or Courier. All items will be shipped within 3 days of the completion of the transaction, and I post every day. Delivery in the uk is between 3 and 5 days, with european being approxiamately 14 days - These are approxiamate delivery times and NOT guaranteed. All items are sent recorded signed for with Royal Mail. If the courier is unable to complete the delivery or repeat attempts, the item will be returned to me. If this happens and you still wish to contine with the transaction, then further postage costs will occur to cover re-postage. This is non-negotiable, unless proven the courier failed in the delivery. Extra Items If you purchase more than one item, then I reserve the right to adjust the cost of postage to match. Please contact me before hand to obtain a true postage cost. I will not charge additional costs if there are none, and I will try to keep any increase to a minimum. Refund and Exchange All items are posted in the condition as listed, eg - working or faulty. I do not accept liability for items damaged during transit, it is your responsibility to claim through Royal Mail or Courier Company. PLEASE CHECK ALL ITEMS BEFORE SIGNING FOR THEM. However if when you recieve the item and you find it is faulty please contact me immediately to resolve the issue. I do not refund postage costs, only what you paid for the item.
