These Structures are all new and never been on a layout,all are handmade from basswood,most come with figures ,signs,weathered,crates,boxes ,barrels,some with trees,and fences.Vehicles are optional unless noted.I do combine shipping,and will refund money minus return shipping for any legitimate reason. All are detailed ,but the more labor ,material,time,and detailed determines the cost.
