You are buying a new Murray gas tank that fits many front engine riding mowers. This is a 1.4 gallon tank. This is a new style tank with a new part number. The original tank had a leaking problem, usually at the seam. If this looks like the tank you need, but you are not sure, please send me your model number, which is usually under the seat, and I will look it up for you. I am a Murray dealer in Louisiana. This tank has a part number 7601092. It has had many other numbers, some of which are 94073, 690280, 94071, 7601090, and 690294. This tank is about 4 inches tall, 13 inches wide and 7 inches deep.
