Up for bid from my personal collection is a beautiful and hard to find MTH O scale SANTA FE FP45 diesel set. This set includes 2 units, MTH # 30-2460-1 is the powered unit with Protosound 2.0 and passenger station sounds, and MTH # 30-2460-3 is the add-on unpowered dummy unit. These were purchased new by me and ran @ 1 hour, not including time charging the battery, and then put on display. Both units are in near mint like-new condition, with boxes, packing and paperwork. PLEASE NOTE, THESE ARE RAILKING SCALE DIESELS, FULL 1/4" O SCALE, EACH UNIT IS 18-1/2" LONG. ACCORDING TO THE BOX, THEY WILL OPERATE ON 0-31 TRACK, BUT 0-42 IS WHAT I RECOMMEND USING. The powered unit features proto 2.0 with passenger sounds for the "Super Chief", 2 DC can motors, operating LED marker lights, operating smoke, cab figure, snow plow, and separately added painted handrailings and grab rails. The dummy unit has cab figure, snow plow, and separate painted hand railings and grab rails. QUALITY SHIPPING AND INSURANCE WILL BE FREE ON THIS SET. I have set a reasonable reserve to protect my investment, as you know these are somewhat hard to find and you probably will not find them in any stores "blow-out" list!
