Unlike most other long handle sponges where the sponge is permanently fixed to the handle and cannot be replaced. The long handle with replaceable sponge,  enable you to wash all of the difficult to reach areas of the body.  People who sunbathe when on their own find that the cream/lotion applicator sponge used with the long handle is a must for applying suntan lotion. Spare sponges are available priced 99 pence plus P & P. most people buy an extra sponge with their initial purchase, in which case a refund of 50p will be made on the total postage and packing charge.
