As stated, we also have most items already professionally palletized, banded and wrapped
when we list the item so the items can be shipped quickly when payment is received.
We do have a forklift and people at the facility to help load if you decide to pick it up
yourself or send your own carrier.
You are welcome to email us for a quote before the auctions end and we will do our
best to get it done. But at times we can get flooded with emails for quotes that makes it
just impossible to get to all of them. If that happens to be your case, we do apologize in
advance. We can tell you that an item that was about this size was shipped to Colorado for
around $105.00. Of course there are many, many other factors that could come into play when
shipping such as the weight, Location, and how the item will be classed by the freight
companies.
All items are expected to be shipped out ASAP!!! AS STATED IN THE
AUCTION, ALL ITEMS ARE TO BE PAID WITHIN 7 CALENDER DAYSDue to the high cost of
storage fees these days, We allow up to 30 days to store the item so you might make your own
shipping arrangements. There will be a $10 charge for each additional day for a period of up
to 15 additional days for a total of 45 days after auctions ending date. Unless you receive
written permission from us okaying additional days. All additional days must be paid before
the item will be shipped. If the item remains after the 45 days without the written
permission, the item will be deemed as abandoned! At Which time, we will pay the storage fees
and resell the item. As a result, the buyer forfeits their rights to the item and all monies
paid. No refunds or chargebacks will be allowed once the item has been deemed abandoned at the
allotted 45 days has passed without answer to our attempts to reach the buyer via email and
phone number on file.

We specialize in restaurant equipment and we test everything we list if at all possible!! So if we state that it works, then by all mean, it worked when we tested it. But, again, these are used items, and we cannot control little things that could vibrate loose, such as a wire, screw, nut or bolt that could cause an item to malfunction such as causing freon to leak out causing an item not to cool as advertised. We can never warranty anything to do with refrigeration compressors. They have a tendency to develope leaks during shipment, that is why we picture evrything showing the lowest temperature reached when tested. So please inspect all items as thouroughly as possible before introducing electricity/Gas to it, so you do not end up with a piece of junk that you cant use. Neither of us want that to happen. It only ends up with both parties leaving negative feedback! (Which is a joke).

AS-IS means just that, items are sold AS-IS whether they last you 60 years or 60 seconds, it is still yours due to the cost of shipping these days. The cost only makes it prohibitive to ship an item back.
With that said, we are always willing to try and help a customer with issues!! We work on a lot of equipment, although we are not familiar with every piece we sell, we will offer any knowledge we may have to help you fix an item that may have a problem. If deemed necessary we will offer to help by paying 50% of parts and/or labor to fix a problem. The sellers maximum liability cost will be up to 5% of your winning bid for reimbursement of Part and/or Labor costs. All other costs above the 5% will be the sole responsibilty of the buyer. The seller will determine if the problem is deemed a shipping issue, and whether a claim should be filed against insurance.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment must be made within 7 calendar days from the end of the auction. If payment is not received within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, relist the item without notice, file Non-Paying Bidder Alert against your account or any other action we deem appropriate. We realize things come up and the key to handling any situation is good communication, so keep us informed. We accept Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express), Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal/Business checks. All checks will have to clear prior to shipment of the item and in some cases will take up to possibly 15 business days to clear from the time we receive it, so we hold items paid by check for at least 10 days before shipping. We ship most of our freighted items every Friday so keep this in mind. Most items arrive quicker than you might expect and we try and do our best. In the event that you need your item sent out ASAP, please make sure you contact us both by email and Phone to assure that we get the message.
Every item we sell includes insurance when it is shipped out. In the case of damage, you must contact the carrier and ourselves within 5 business days upon it being delivered. You must keep any and all packing materials because they may decide to inspect the item and packaging. Once you have contacted them please email us the claim information. Some carriers will require that they take procession of the item and ship it back to us or they may elect to ship it to one of their facilities. Most claims can be resolved within 30 days so please be patient in the unlikely event that an item gets damaged in shipment STORAGE OF ITEMS |
