Once the item is received, we will refund the full purchase price. No shipping fees are refunded. For exchanges, the restocking fee is waived, but all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. You must obtain a return # before sending your item back to us. Please email us and let us know you are planning to send an item back for return/exchange, and we will issue your return # and give you instructions on how to proceed. Returns/exchanges must be received within 14 days of the receipt of the return #. Return #s are voided and items are ineligible for return after 14 days. Can we mark the item as a gift or sample? Unfortunately, we are unable to mark any items that we ship as a gift or sample. We mark the items with the price you pay for them. What happens if I don't pay within 7 days? If payment is not received within 7 days of the end of the auction, the checkout will expire and the item will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed. If the item is still available for purchase, we will gladly reopen your checkout. Once payment is received, we will remove the unpaid item strike. If you do not wish to purchase the item, you have the option to pay a $10 relist fee to have the strike removed as well. Otherwise, nonpayment of items won will result in an unpaid item strike.
