RETURNS, DEFECTS AND REPLACEMENT POLICY When you receive your order immediately open all boxes and check for any damage or missing items. You must notify us within 48 hours upon receiving your order if there are any problems with the merchandise. We will not accept any returns without this R.A.# When you receive your package please take a look at the outside of the box.
