This extremely efficient, no-nonsense scrub soap is made with our blend of earthy, woodsy and citrus aromatic essential oils, to which we have added ground Apricot Kernel to ensure that it thoroughly cleans hard working hands, dirty elbows and even feet. This soap’s exfoliating nature assists in removing ground in dirt and dead skin cells, leaving your skin feeling clean, soft and fresh. We don’t think that a hard working soap needs to be hard on your skin, or smell as hard as it works. We believe you will be very pleased with the aroma and effectiveness of Sagebrush Cowgirl. Although Sagebrush Cowgirl is made using the same gentle oils with which we make our other soaps, due to the high amount of scrub we have included in this soap, we don’t recommend using it on delicate facial skin. All of our soaps are at least 5.5 ounces and are hand-made in small batches to ensure the highest quality possible. We use only the finest oils and ingredients available. Imagine immersing yourself in this luxurious soap made with our own special blend of oils, including coconut, olive and palm. We add Mango Butter and/or Shea Butter for extra skin-loving emolliency. We don't add glycerin to our soaps...they already contain around 25 % naturally occurring, skin loving glycerin. We make our delicious bath bars by the cold process method and they cure for a minimum of four weeks, for a longer lasting bar. If you are already a fan of handcrafted soaps, ours will not disappoint you in the least! If you are buying this product as a gift, you might want to consider being kind to yourself as well and indulge in the experience of handcrafted soap. We started making soaps because of our own sensitivity to commercially made products. Those 'soaps' are technically not soap at all, but are in fact chemical based detergents and surfactants. It was only when we stopped using the harsh offerings of big manufacturers and started making our own soaps that our skin started to improve. Since then, over many years, we have researched the ingredients and techniques necessary to create gentle and effective soap, eventually coming up with our own basic recipe along with various fragrances, textures and color varieties for those who want a bit more to their soaps. We recommend that you use a soap dish or rack that has good drainage. Due to the high glycerin content of handcrafted soaps, they will 'melt' if left in water.
