One day, I was visiting a friend when her toddler son stared hard at my face, his eyes concentrating on the area around my mouth. Then he pulled a disgusted face and made a rude noise. I could not imagine what was wrong. My friend said nothing, so we chatted some more and then I left. I got in the car and checked in the mirror. No tomato ketchup, no chocolate smears, nothing. The minute I got home, I went to the bathroom where I have a magnifying mirror and checked more carefully. This time, my 65 year old eyes saw what made the toddler cringe. It uses the tightly coiled spring tension to grab onto hairs and pull them out with their roots. Simply bend the spring as shown in the picture, then roll the handles in and out in a continuous motion with the spring against your face, keeping the U shape constant, and it gradually pulls off all hairs, even peach fuzz.
