Mix one heaping teaspoon of the powder with 8 ounces of juice or distilled water in a jar with a lid. Shake it vigorously and drink it immediately. Take 1 hour after your morning nutritional drink, do the same 1/2 hour before lunch, between lunch and dinner, 1/2 hour before dinner and 1 hour before bed, so that you are consuming a total of 5 heaping teaspoons each day. Or, take it anytime during the day, just be sure to allow about 30 minutes before or after meals, juices or taking your tinctures. Use the entire 8 ounce jar in one week. Put a small amount of water in your jar first. Add the powder and then shake it. Then add more water. This keeps the powder from sticking to the jar, making it easier to clean.
