CVS $25 RX Prescription Transferred Coupons exp 7/28
You are bidding on my time to collect, obtain, clip, and mail the $25 CVS coupon for gift card with your transferred prescription. These coupons are originals clipped from an original CVS store ad. The coupon does state in the fine print "redeemable at our Las Vegas stores only." Most stores in any state will still honor these coupons. I have used them in Indiana several times. The Coupon reads: Receive a $25.00 CVS/pharmacy Gift Card when your transferred prescription is dispensed. The gift card cannot be used for this purchase, but can be used just like cash on future purchases (except for money orders and prepaid cards) at any CVS/Pharmacy. Limit one gift card per customer per visit. Law prohibites use of this coupon by persons enrolled in, or for any prescriptions reimbursed by, any publicly (state, federal) funded healthcare programs (this includes programs such as Medicare and Medicaid). Coupons cannot be used on any item reimbursable by public aid programs. CVS/pharmacy will not honor facimile, photocopy, or any other reproduction of this coupon. This coupon is not transferable, and is not valid where prohibited by law. Coupon only valid for prescriptions transferred from another non-CVS/pharmacy, that have not been previously filled at any CVS/pharmacy. The coupon is not valid for prescriptions purchased in NJ or NY, and on any prescription for a controlled dangerous substance in Louisiana. Redeemable at our Las Vegas stores only. Expires 7/28/08.
