THEY HAVE BEEN CLEANED AND TESTED AND THEY HEAT QUICKLY AND MAKE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BIG ~ FLUFFY ~ BOUNCY CURLS! THERE ARE 12 ROLLERS IN ALL  ~ EACH MEASURING APROX  1 1/2" ACROSS.
