Damaged items We pack all items carefully and have a full time professional shipping department. In the unlikely event of a damaged item please contact us immediately and save all packaging. Items not insured and damaged in transit are not our responsibility if packed properly. Please note that when international orders are shipped in a global mailer it is at 100% the risk of the buyer. There is no insurance, often not good tracking. Global Mailers are extremely reliable but only a thin cardboard envelope and it is not possible for us to guarantee safe arrival as it goes through many hands, your item could be at the bottom of a sack of parcels, or can simply thrown by a clerk.
