For those people who need to use a magnifying glass frequently, having one that hangs around your neck where you can find it quickly is just the answer. The long (17 1/2"--35" total measured length) metallic gold colored chain allows you to leave it on your neck when you use it to read. The magnifying glass measures 1 3/4" in diameter. It is a powerful 5x magnification. It comes in this decorative quilted pouch that has a key ring and/or clip provided that you can use to secure it inside your purse so you can retrieve it easily. The quilted protective pouch measures 2 1/2" by 3" and has a Velcro flap closure. The 100% pre-quilted cotton used for the pouch is imported directly from Japan and is stored in a smoke free environment. The backside (interior) of the pre-quilted fabric, in most cases, is made of muslin which is off-white in color--but some of the quilted fabrics will come backed in a dark solid color or a subtle print. Pouch can be laundered but spot-cleaning recommended in order to retain color. Lucky Maneki neko cat design on black background. Metallic gold outlining enhances this design.
