Moderate hold.  Thickening spray helps fine hair achieve styling lift-off, but also works wonders on any hair type- thick, thin or otherwise.  Use with a blow dryer, irons, rollers, pins, needle and thread, tissue, staples, whatever- the sky's the limit.
