Place in a ziploc bag and put it in your freezer for those bumps that kids often get. You can also put it in the microwave for 30-40 seconds (depending on your microwave) to use as a heat pack. Be sure and check the temperature before giving to the child. This works great for ear infections.This boo boo pack can be personalized with your childs name.
