A 50 piece set consists of 23 pieces in the approximate size range of ½"-1, 23 pieces in the approximate size range of 1"-2" and 4 pieces in the approximate size range of 2"-3" in diameter. There is a size for all bodies parts. I will throw in a couple of odd stones as I have found they usually offer the best ideas for massages. An informational sheet will be sent with the massage rocks. The majority of these stones are black (when oiled) in color but some will have VARIATIONS in color ranges. These massage stones can be heated either in a massage stone heater, in a conventional oven on low heat, or in a a crock pot of water. Stones are sold intheir natural state (pale grey), allowing you to bathe and oil them to your liking. (they turn black when oiled). I personally use these rocks on an everyday basis.
