You are bidding on a new/sealed NURTURE Eyeliner (.01oz/.28g) made by Bare Escentuals.  Nurture is a taupe brown shade with plum shimmer. I prefer to apply my liner wet, it seems to last longer that way. However you can apply these liners dry. When applied dry they have a more " smokey" line.
