Apart from the packaging, the condition of the item being sold is described in the auction. I am not an authorized merchant or re-seller of any item offered for sale, therefore I cannot offer a warranty or settle warranty claims for the manufacturer. Any statements or descriptions included in the auction about the functionality of the product, other than those concerning "condition," are my interpretation of information derived from the packaging, or other available sources. Return Policy:I do not accept returns. All sales are final. Exceptions include: The item you received is substantially not as described in the auction, damaged other than noted in the auction, defective, or the wrong item. I will not offer refunds for damage caused by customer use, neglect, or dissatisfaction with functionality of a product unless the item is actually defective upon receipt. All claims for returns must be made within seven days of delivery. The item must be returned at the purchaser’s expense within ten days. Once the claim is verified an exchange will be made for the returned item and return shipping will be refunded. If an exact substitute is not available a credit or refund will be offered including shipping costs. Any item returned without prior approval, (including refused delivery), or that is not as otherwise stated above-defective, non-functional, or an incorrect item, will be forfeited by the purchaser. No refund or credit will be given. Unless USPS shipping is offered NO APO or PO boxes, I must have a physical location address for ground shipping. Flat rate ground shipping is for the 48 contiguous states only. All other’s request a shipping quote prior to bidding. Flat rate USPS shipping is for all US states and territories. Due to outrageous broker’s fees charged to the recipient, I do not use UPS or FedEx ground services for international shipping. I reserve the right to substitute shippers, however the level of service offered in the listing will be the same. Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Payment : Accepted payment methods: Pay Pal is preferred, check, or money order. Checks and money orders will delay shipping up to seven days from the date of receipt so that the funds can clear the bank. All payments must be made in US funds. Checkout, indicating intended payment method, should be completed within 3 days of auction end, and payment must be received within 7 days of auction close. All non paying bidders will receive a non paying bidder strike. I reserve the right to reject pay pal payments for delivery of items to unconfirmed US and international addresses.
