This is Gel-U-Seat Cushion
A specifically designed pressure reducing cushion to assist in the prevention and healing of pressure sore ulcers. Viscous gel provides support for ischial tuberosities. Fire-retardant polyurethane foam shell encapsulates an aqueous, non-toxic gel bladder. Zippered cover with two carrying handles.
Made with the highest quality foam and gel, the Gel-U-Seat Cushion will maintain its durability longer than other standard gel cushions.
The Gel-U-Seat Cushion covers are easily maintained and completely washable.

RETURNS, DEFECTS AND REPLACEMENT POLICYWhen you receive your order immediately open all boxes and check for any damage or missing items. You must notify us within 48 hours upon receiving your order if there are any problems with the merchandise. It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product however, if we make an error please notify us within 48 hours. You will be given an R.A. # and you will receive a pick up call tag via email. We will not accept any returns without this R.A.#When you receive your package please take a look at the outside of the box. If the package looks like it is damaged please refuse it from the shipping company or, when signing for the proof of delivery you can make a note stating the package appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment please notify us immediatly. Depending on the product and how/where it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to contact the shipper directly. If there was any non visible damage, this will need to be reported to us or the shipper within 48 hours of receiving your order.Within 30 days of receiving your order, if any product appears to be defective please notify us immediatly. Please do not ship the product back to us without contacting us first and receiving the R. A. # and return instructions. After receiving the defective merchandise, we will test it if need be and we will send back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product. Should we find that the product is in fact defective and was returned according to our return policy we will not only pay the cost shipping the new non-defective product to you but we will also reimburse you for the standard UPS ground rates/charges that UPS charges for shipping the defective product back to us. If you would like to return a product that is non defective and as described, you are entitled to do so within 30 days and you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Your orginal shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. The return of the product is at your expense. We will only accept the return if it is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and the product must be brand new never used and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer's packaging. If after 30 days of receiving your product it proves to be defective, we would like you to deal with the manufacturer. Whatever policy the manufacturer has will determine how you will proceed. We supply the products and we do not warranty products and, after 30 days we leave it up to the manufacturers. There may be instances when the manufacturer, once they have been contacted will ask that we help in the replacement process. If this is the case, we will assist you and the manufacturer with the return process. However, 30 days after receiving the product, it will be necessary for you to contact the manufacturer first.Returns on incorrectly ordered products are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If you ordered a product and would like to change it for another one you will have to ship the product to us and pay for the difference as well as shipping the product to you minus the 25% restocking fee. Please confirm your item before bidding (please check with ebay policy because once you bid on an item you are now in a binding contract). If we receive negative feedback without prior notification of the issue the return policy is voided. We will not accept any returns without authorization.
