I package my items very well, but please keep in mind that not everyone who handles your package is going to care as much as I do. If an item is significantly not as described, I will consider a return/refund within 7 days. I will not provide a refund until items have been returned. Return shipping is the burden of the shipper, and is not refunded/compensated for. I do my best to acurately describe all items. All items are in used condition, unless otherwise stated. Used condition means that it has been subject to normal wear and tear. Please keep in mind that different monitors show colors differently, and take that into account when making your purchase. If an exact color match is important to you, ask questions. Printed material: Text books are usually in very good shape. See description. Antique magazines/publications are (unless otherwise stated) in very used condition (dusty, dog-eared, minor rips and tears, but still 100% readable). Fabric: ALL fabric is in unwashed, stored condition unless otherwise stated. Vintage fabric that has been stored for an extended period of time may smell like it - musty and dusty. I will state if it has mold damage, but it has been my experience that any odor washes out, and even airs out very easily - in fact, I try to air everything out as I acquire it and that works fairly well. All fabric is vintage and out of print. Once it is gone, it is GONE. Unless I get really lucky in the future. Bedding is either in used condition, or it has been hand-made by me. All photos are of the exact item being offered, unless otherwise stated. S&H is non-refundable. I no longer ship internationally. International bids/purchases will be canceled. No exceptions. A note regarding negative feedback: When considering any seller who has spotless feedback save for a single negative buyer, please do the responsible thing and research the buyer on toolhaus org. I have discovered that the buyer that left me my only negative feedback ever has quite the reputation for scamming. She wanted a refund without sending the items back, and stated that they were going straight to Goodwill. I kept my eye on her and discovered that she turned the items (used sheets and vintage fabric) into designer clothing and made a VERY tidy profit. NOTE TO SCAMMERS: I will NOT provide a refund until item in question has been returned to me in the SAME condition in which it was shipped. This point is not negotiable, I don't care WHAT you do to my feedback. Any negative comments are just a warning to the next guy that *I* will be a waste of any scammer's time, because I will not be taken - as you can already see. NOW, FOR THE REST OF US: Unless otherwise stated, all of my items come from estate/yard/garage-type sales, and are in used condition. All used fabric-type items (bedding, lingere, etc.) have been laundered by me, using Tide with Bleach Alternative, and both Downy (liquid) and Bounce (dryer sheet) fabric softener. If I determine that the integrity of an item (antique or NWT) will suffer from these cleaning methods, I will list it as unlaundered. Mine is a smoke free (6-1/2 years, woohoo!) environment, but I cannot vouch for the treatment of the items before I acquired them. I will do my best to describe the condition of each item accurately. We do have a single cat in the family, but all "eBay areas" are completely and perminently off-limits to her, so you can rest assured that your item(s) are free of any animal fur and dander.
