The First pack is a Large pack that measures approximately 11" x 9" and weighs approx. 1.5 pounds.  The Second Pack is smaller and weighs approximately 1 lb and measures about 8" x 8". I have coped with chronic pain for many years and have tried a lot of different microwavable packs to help relieve my pain. I began making my own packs in 2001. My intention was to find a smooth, even, long lasting heat, without the huge expense.  I experimented with many different types of filler until I found the combination that make this the perfect blend.    My packs are hand made from high quality 100% cotton & Cotton/Poly blend fabrics.  Each pack has 3 sections to help keep the contents evenly dispersed. Directions:  Heat in microwave for 60 - 90 seconds to enjoy half an hour of heat, or freeze for at least 2 hours to enjoy long lasting cold.  Made with Organic Groats, Organic Dark Flax seed, Organic Golden Flax seed, Lavender flowers, Lemongrass, Echinacea Purpurea, Spearmint leaf, Organic Cloves. Caution: DO NOT OVERHEAT AS YOU MAY BURN YOUR SKIN!   Microwaves vary and heating time is approximate.
